This role is responsible for driving candidate flow, managing the hiring process end-to-end, and bringing in high-quality talent that aligns with our culture and performance expectations.Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting for internal positions (sales, recruiting, and operations)Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and IndeedReview applicants, conduct initial screenings, and qualify candidatesPartner with leadership to understand hiring needs and role requirementsSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managersMaintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the processTrack recruiting activity and pipeline within the ATSEnsure a strong candidate experience from first touch through offerBuild and maintain a pipeline of talent for ongoing hiring needsRequirements:Bachelor's degree2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a sales-driven or commission-based environmentExperience sourcing and recruiting through LinkedIn and IndeedStrong ability to evaluate candidates for both skillset and culture fitComfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple openings at oncePreferred Qualifications:Experience hiring for sales or recruiting rolesFamiliarity with ATS systems and recruiting metricsWhat Success Looks Like:Consistent pipeline of qualified candidates across all internal rolesReduced time-to-fill on key positionsHigh-quality hires that contribute to team performance and retentionWhy This Role:Direct impact on company growth (you're hiring the people who drive revenue)High visibility with leadership and ownership over hiring outcomesOpportunity to build and scale teams, not just fill one-off roles
