Akkodis is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring within a manufacturing and industrial environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiting professional who thrives in fast-paced, blue-collar hiring settings and is comfortable managing multiple requisitions while driving candidate flow through proactive sourcing and consistent outreach.The Contract Recruiter will partner closely with plant leadership and hiring managers to deliver qualified talent across hourly and skilled industrial roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process.Rate Range: $32/hour to $38/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, and other factors.Responsibilities:Manage 5-10 active requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume manufacturing settingConduct heavy outbound phone sourcing and screening for blue-collar and industrial talent, including hourly production, skilled trades, and plant-based rolesBuild and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and follow-upCoordinate and schedule onsite interviews with plant leadership and hiring managersPartner closely with operations and plant stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring prioritiesUtilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate activity, document hiring progress, and manage hiring workflowsEnsure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycleSupport hiring goals by maintaining speed, accuracy, and compliance in the recruiting processSkills:Proven ability to thrive in high-volume recruiting environmentsStrong outbound phone sourcing and screening skillsExperience recruiting for industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades rolesEffective organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple requisitionsComfort working directly with onsite leadership in plant-based settingsATS proficiency with strong attention to detail in pipeline managementResults-driven mindset with a focus on hiring efficiency and qualityIf you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
