Our Clients: Relationships FirstWe build trust with pet parents through strong relationships, consistent services and experiences that enrich pets' lives.Guest Care: Excellence Every TimeWe never compromise on safety, care, or cleanliness- operating with consistency to serve more guests and grow our people.Position OverviewAs a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support day-to-day human resources operations, managing recruitment, employee records, performance management, compliance, and reporting.FLSA Status: Non-exemptHours: 9am- 5 pm, M-FHybrid: 4 days in office/1 day remoteRelocation assistance will not be provided.Core ResponsibilitiesHR & Training Dashboard UpdatesRecruitment Management: Screening applicants on Indeed/LinkedIn, preliminary interviews, communication with hotels on staffing needs (immediate & projected), managing sponsorship of posted roles (creation & deadline) to ensure appropriate recruitment costsModeration of Annual and 90 Day Reviews, updating Review TrackerUpdate FT/PT ModelsProcess mail and save employee documentation to personnel file in SharePointVarious reporting such as wage analysis, census, and retention dataAssist the team with overflow needs such as processing new hires, terminations, and employee changes in UKGProvides clerical and administrative support to the HR team, and helps manage email inbox inquiriesAssists with onsite employee events and employee culture initiativesWhat we are Looking For: Required QualificationsFluent in speaking, reading, and writing EnglishComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong Microsoft Office skillsAbility to manage confidential information with discretionStrong communication and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications or a similar field1-2 years' experience in Human ResourcesExperience with LinkedIn, Indeed and UKGBasic understanding of employment laws & regulationsFamiliarity with HR reportingPhysical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift 15 pounds at timesMust be able to commute to the office at a minimum of 4 days a week, with an optional work from home day once a weekAbility to travel when neededAbility to be around dogs and cats for an extended period of time
