Required Skills: Board Certification as a CRNA Valid and current license to practice Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS Minimum of 1 year clinical experience Ability to manage anesthesia for a variety of surgeries including OB, GI, endoscopy, and epidurals Proficient in documentation and patient management in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a surgical team Nice to Have Skills: Experience with TEE, cardioversions, or trauma cases Previous experience working in a Level II Trauma hospital Familiarity with Meditech EMR or similar systems Capable of managing all ages and complex cases with confidence Preferred Education and Experience: Master s degree or higher in Nursing or Anesthesia-related field At least one year of anesthesia practice in a hospital setting covering diverse case types Other Requirements: Ability to work Day shift, Monday to Friday, 07 00 Optional weekday and weekend call responsibilities (24 weekend calls per year) Local travel preferred; lodging will be arranged by the hospital with mileage reimbursement Must be willing to work in a Level II Trauma hospital with 114 beds Willingness to manage cases involving TEE, cardioversion, and emergency procedures as needed This critical role offers an hourly pay rate of $230.10, competitive benefits including weekly direct deposit pay, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws, and reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and related expenses.
