Our mission is to empower firms and their leaders by providing capital, operational support, technology, and strategic guidance to help them scale while preserving their independence and culture.Our platform firm in West Palm Beach, Florida is looking to hire an experienced Tax Senior Associate to support and expand their growing tax practice.OverviewThe Tax Senior Associate plays a lead role in executing tax engagements, supervising staff, and coordinating day-to-day activities. This role requires strong technical skills, project management capability, and the ability to mentor junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare & review federal and state tax returns, for C-Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships and Individual taxationPerform tax research, analyze findings, and resolve complex tax issuesCoordinate daily engagement planning and scopingReview workpapers prepared by staff and provide constructive feedbackMentor and supervise tax associatesCommunicate effectively with managers and team membersSkills RequiredStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent attention to detail and technical proficiencyAbility to manage multiple engagements and deadlinesEffective written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to high-quality client serviceQualifications3-5 years of US tax returns experience CPA/EA preferred but not requiredIn-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws, including Corporate, S-Corporations, Partnership, Individual taxationExperience supporting tax teamsCompensation & BenefitsCompensation for this role is based on experience and is aligned with market rates.
