Position Type: Student Support Services/Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)Date Posted: 12/4/2025Location: District WideClosing Date: Until FilledPOSITION: BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) 2025 - 2026 SCHOOL YEAR START DATE - JANUARY 2026 RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develops and monitors Positive Behavior Support Plans and individualized treatment plans based on data obtained from valid and reliable assessments; analyzes data and revises plans as appropriate; consults and conducts FBA's * Collaborates with child study team, specialized therapists, teachers, parents, and administration regarding treatment planning and appropriate placements for students who exhibit behavioral challenges * Attends and participates in relevant IEP, 504 I&RS, and parent/teacher meetings of students, as needed * Promotes and uses only research-based, empirically reliable interventions and techniques with student population * Upholds the ethical and professional standards of the Behavior Analysis * Certification Board and West Milford Township Public Schools' policies and procedures QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field * Valid Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA), preferred * Demonstrated knowledge of effective behavior interventions * Three or more years of experience as a behavior analyst in private or public school settings * One or more years of experience providing behavior analytic services to children on the Autism spectrum and/or ERI students * Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work effectively with administrators, teachers, parents, students, and ancillary professionals * Required criminal history background check and proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status PAY SCALE: BA/1-3 ($59,710.00) - MA+60/19 ($116,710.00) Health Benefits - Blue Cross/Blue Shield & Delta Dental PROCEDURES: Electronic applications accepted via Closing Date: Until Filled An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer
