Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • Experience with Meditech is preferred. • 24 months of acute care experience. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Program - Appalachian Regional Healthcare. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Previous Employment Requirements: Extensions: after working one year, travelers must take a minimum 6 month break from the system prior to being eligible to return Special Requests: ARH accepts minimal traveler pairs. Pairs will not be on the same shift or unit. Must work either a major or minor of every holiday. Shift & Scheduling: You must be willing to accept 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one-week 3x12, next week 4x12).
