Minimum Requirements Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Active Physical Therapy license in Illinois or compact eligibility required to start the assignment.Current BLS certification required.Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.Experience evaluating, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions preferred.Experience documenting patient interactions in accordance with facility and regulatory standards preferred.Ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists and to educate patients and families on home exercise programs.Candidate must be able to adapt to new environments quickly and maintain a safe clinical environment.
