Work Model: On-Site 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM What You Will Do: Support the delivery of clinical research by preparing study visits, managing equipment, and assisting participants with various procedures Collect and record accurate data, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and ensure the study's integrity Collaborate seamlessly with research teams, patients, and external partners to facilitate smooth operations Educate patients about study processes, diabetes management, and device usage Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all study activities What You Will Need To Be Successful: CNA or CMA certification preferred with at least 1 year of direct patient care or research experience CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months) Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Effective communicator with a professional demeanor Comfortable working full-time on-site in a patient-facing role Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Previous experience in clinical research settings Knowledge of diabetes, obesity, or metabolic health Preferred Education and Experience: Certification as CNA or CMA One or more years of relevant clinical or research experience Benefits Overview: Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO 401k Interested and qualified candidates can contact KK Palea at (515) 225-7000 or email kpalea @ .
