Data Center Project SchedulerWest Des Moines, IA | 18 month contract with possible extension or conversionWe are hiring an experienced Project Scheduler to support large data center construction projects. This role focuses on building and managing schedules, tracking progress, and keeping projects on time.What you will doDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules using P6 or MS ProjectAnalyze critical path, risks, and performance trendsPartner with engineering, procurement, and construction teamsLead planning sessions and provide clear project updatesManage multiple projects and adjust timelines as neededWhat you bring5 plus years of scheduling experience in construction or capital projectsExperience with data center or mission critical builds preferredStrong knowledge of CPM and earned valueAbility to break down complex data into clear insightsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsWhy applyHigh impact role on large scale infrastructure projectsCollaborative and fast paced environmentOpportunity to work with industry leading teamsCompensation:$40/hr to $75/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
