MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve. Join our team as an Activities Coordinator and bring your creativity and energy to individuals with developmental disabilities in a supportive, fun environment. What You"ll Do Plan and lead group and individual recreational activities based on each individual"s interests and abilities Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create meaningful, person-centered programs Provide guidance and support to staff on activity delivery and engagement techniques Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals served Maintain curriculum binders with age-appropriate, engaging activities What We"re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Activity Coordinator certification preferred Valid drivers license with clear driving record At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Must be bilingual in Spanish Strong organizational and communication skills Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented Ability to complete required state trainings within set timeframes Why Join Us?
