Ice Cream Attendant

Diggerland USA is looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable Ice Cream Attendants to join our Food & Beverage team for the season! This is a great opportunity for teens and first-time workers to gain experience in customer service, food service, and teamwork in a fun amusement park environment.Ice Cream Attendants play a key role in creating a positive guest experience by serving ice cream and frozen treats while keeping work areas clean, safe, and welcoming. Job ResponsibilitiesServe ice cream, soft serve, and frozen dessertsOperate, maintain, and clean soft-serve machines and basic food service equipmentTake customer orders and operate a POS (Point of Sale) systemProvide friendly, fast, and professional guest serviceMaintain clean, organized, and stocked work areasFollow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelinesAssist with opening and closing dutiesWork as part of a team to ensure excellent guest experiencesAnswer guest questions and assist park visitors as needed Qualifications & RequirementsMust be 16 years or olderAvailable to work weekends, holidays, and peak season shiftsFriendly, dependable, and customer-focusedAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable standing for long periodsAble to follow directions and work as part of a teamNo prior experience required - paid training provided!
