Sweetwater Home Services in Weslaco TX is seeking a Bilingual customer service specialist. This is a full time position from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.Job Requirements:Provide excellent customer service and assist with overflow of calls Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate personnel Help make calls and update customers on service Assist with service calls and processing payments Handle customer concerns and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently Administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing calendars-manage the front office including keeping it clean and organizedExperience:- Previous experience in a similar role preferably experience working at a fast paced finance/ loan company or medical office.- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic administrative task. Previous experience opening and closing office preferred.- - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and prioritize tasks effectively- Experience with setting appointments by calling customers and confirmingSkills:- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, neat in appearance, dependable and reliable- Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and APPLE softwareWe need an ALLSTAR to join our front office team at our Weslaco location. Most employees have been at this location five to fifteen years and that speaks a lot of our company. We are a fast paced office at times and we have deadlines to meet before end of day but it's a family type of environment.
