Job Description Project Manager - Structural Steel / Misc Metals / PEMB Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + full benefits Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects involving structural steel fabrication, miscellaneous metals, and pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB). This role will manage projects from award through completion, coordinating between the shop, field, and client to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in steel fabrication and/or erection and a strong understanding of steel project workflows. Key Responsibilities Manage structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects from kickoff to closeout Coordinate with fabrication shop, detailers, erectors, and subcontractors Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Review and manage shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals Handle change orders, billing, and project documentation Communicate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams Ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance Qualifications 5+ years of experience in structural steel, misc metals, or PEMB fabrication/erection Strong understanding of steel fabrication and erection processes Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office What We Offer Competitive base salary based on experience Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.) 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Bonus opportunities Long-term growth potential within the organization Please reach out to me ASAP at with a resume and/or for further information!
