Role DescriptionPlie Promotions is a fast-growing custom apparel and merchandise company serving dance studios, cheer gyms, and athletes nationwide.As we continue scaling, we are looking for a people-first operational leader who thrives on developing teams, improving communication, building accountability, and helping a growing company run more smoothly. This role works alongside our existing production and operations leadership team and will focus heavily on team management, employee development, communication flow, and organizational growth.Team Leadership & AccountabilityCoach and support team members across departmentsHelp create a positive, accountable workplace cultureLead regular check-ins and improve communication flowDevelop KPI's for each members role, holding them accountable to their goalsHelp employees stay organized, focused, and successfulAddress bottlenecks, team friction, and operational inefficiencies earlyOperations SupportPartner with leadership to improve systems and workflowsLearn and develop systems to help Plie Promotions to new heightsHelp prioritize projects and keep teams alignedAssist with onboarding and training new employeesCreate and improve SOPs and internal processesHelp leadership identify growth opportunities and operational gapsCoordinate communication in event planningCompany GrowthAct as a key support partner to ownershipHelp remove operational burdens from leadershipImprove cross-department collaborationAssist with company initiatives, hiring, and team developmentHelp build a scalable organization as the company growsAttend various trade shows throughout the year, representing the company in a professional manner.
