We specialize in enabling complex communication networks that are critical to the operations of the Department of Defense, Civilian Government, and commercial markets.SummaryOperate, maintain, and troubleshoot tactical and commercial satellite communication systems.Configure and support satellite communication components, including satellite modems, redundancy switches, up/down converters, HPAs, SSPAs, LNAs, LNBs, antennas, antenna motors, ACUs, waveguides (rigid, flexible, and elliptical), IF cabling, and associated interconnects.Support power and infrastructure systems, including UPS units and generators (when applicable).Utilize test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TMDE) such as power meters, spectrum analyzers, voltmeters, and Firebird test sets to ensure system performance and reliability.Develop, maintain, and interpret technical documentation, diagrams, and system configurations.Manage and support LAN/WAN environments, including network hardware such as routers, switches, bridges, gateways, and firewalls.Configure and support routing protocols including RIP, EIGRP, BGP, and OSPF.Implement and maintain networking technologies such as MPLS, VPLS, VPNs, and traffic engineering solutions.Perform installation, integration, maintenance, and upgrades of network and satellite communication equipment.Manage day-to-day operations of local and wide area networks, including project support and ongoing infrastructure maintenance.Provide operational support for wireless systems, Riverbed solutions, and Call Manager Express.Deliver day-to-day technical support to end users of tactical satellite systems, including SNAP and related platforms.
