Adecco is recruiting for a Part-Time Payroll / HR Administrator for a client in Watertown, NY. This position is a long-term temporary role, paying $24-30/hour , depending on experience.Summary: This opportunity is with a well-established credit union and will primarily support their payroll team, while also assisting with HR-related tasks as needed. The role is expected to be long term and is ideal for someone with strong payroll support experience who enjoys a detail-oriented, administrative role.Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support related to payroll processing Assist with payroll documentation, data entry, and reporting Support timekeeping and payroll-related inquiries Provide occasional HR administrative support as needed Communicate with internal teams to ensure accurate payroll information Required Qualifications 2-5 years of payroll or payroll support experience Experience using Paychex is required Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Preferred Qualifications Payroll experience within a banking or credit union environment , though experience in other industries will also be considered Additional Details Part-time schedule (approximately 20-25 hours per week) Long-term temporary assignment Pay dependent on experience Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
