**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** **Description:** MercyOne Waterloo Heart & Vascular Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join a collaborative, high-performing team serving an 8-county region in northeast Iowa. This position offers a two-year guaranteed salary of $715,318, plus production incentives, a $125K signing bonus, $75K retention bonus after year three, and $15K relocation assistance. The role includes performing advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures in state-of-the-art cath labs, supported by cardiac surgeons, electrophysiologists, imaging specialists, and strong hospitalist coverage. Physicians receive comprehensive benefits, employer-paid malpractice with tail, retirement plans, $5,000 CME, up to 31 days off annually, and PSLF eligibility through MercyOne's non-profit status.
