The general hours for this position will be 7:30am-4:00pm (Central Time) Monday through Friday.Starting hourly base pay $18.00 to $20.50 per hour commensurate with experience and opportunity to receive two increases during your first yearJob DutiesThe primary responsibility of the Customer Support Specialist is to provide the best possible customer experience by helping identify customer needs while promoting our customized print and electronic communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service, excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for helping customers achieve their goals. Customer Support Specialists align with our Sales team, Customers, and Corporate staff to provide the best Customer Experience. Specific job duties include (but are not limited to):Effectively communicate with customers and sales reps to form productive relationshipsAssist sales reps with keeping customers informed of the products and promotions availableAct as the link between customers and the organization in absence of the sales repProvide best-in-class sales support and customer serviceProvide assistance with product pricing, quoting, and orderingThe ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills to include:Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and over the phone)Thorough knowledge of the features, benefits, and uses of all POS productsHighly self-motivated; Team playerKnowledge of applicable computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, SalesforcePost Offer Background Check and Drug Screen Required.
