Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Our client in Maintenance is seeking a Direct Hire Maintenance Technician. Salary: 58-64K Hours: 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, OT may be required. Responsibilities: Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on packaging equipment (e.g., blister machines, cartoners, labelers, conveyors) Maintain facility equipment and have knowledge of troubleshooting of facility equipment (like Air handling unit, Chillers, boilers, air compressors etc.) Perform equipment set up procedures in accordance with SOPs and operator's manuals Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and drawings Identify and assist in diagnosing problems, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and determine tests, adjustments, repairs, or replacement as necessary Maintain complete documentation in accordance with SOPs and GMP requirements Ensure proper setup of the packaging line before and during a job run Perform tasks related to facility maintenance, as assigned Requirements: Must have at least 5 years of Maintenance experience in Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical Packaging, Manufacturing, or Automation Experience Experience in Electrical and Automation is Highly Preferred Maintain facility equipment and have knowledge of troubleshooting of facility equipment (AHUS, Chillers, boilers, air compressors etc.) Must be able to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and other facility repair tasks Must be able to operate forklift, scissor lift, and other motorized equipment as necessary Benefits: Health insurance, life insurance, 401K and 401K match, PTO, and other amazing benefits!
