Services include testing, phlebotomy, specimen collection, processing, and performing radiological exams. Accurate and complete records must be completed and maintained in accordance with all applicable guidelines. This role requires flexibility to assist in other areas of the organization as needed and the ability to travel to Windsor, Osceola, Warsaw, and Clinton to support patient care and clinic operations. Responsibilities: Performs technical procedures as prescribed by ALARA concepts to provide gonadal shielding, restriction of primary beam, Wears personal radiation monitoring devices at all times on duty, Follows established protocols and procedures, Performs job duties within legal and professional regulations and guidelines, Two patient identifiers, prepares patient for x-ray, explains procedure, transfers patient to table, positions patient, Schedules exams, Promotes a team environment, Communicates with other staff effectively, Follows the Behaviors of Excellence standards, Performs phlebotomy, including venipuncture, finger sticks and heel sticks. Education/Credentials: Associate Degree 1-3 years of hospital experience Registered X-ray Tech, BLS (or obtain within 30 days of hire) Starting Range: $24.51-36.64 hourly. Why Join Us?
