What You Can Expect We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our business teams by delivering practical, people-focused HR solutions. In this role, you will partner with leaders to drive talent strategies, address employee relations matters, support performance and compensation processes, and ensure HR programs are executed effectively and compliantly. This role will be expected to work a hybrid schedule with 1-2 days per week onsite at our Warsaw, IN campus. How You'll Create Impact Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and workforce planning efforts Advise leaders on HR policies, employee relations matters, and performance management Support workforce reorganizations, ensuring documentation, compliance, and consistent execution Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate actions Support annual compensation processes, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments Use HR data and reporting tools to identify trends and inform business decisions Facilitate elements of performance management and talent review processes Support development planning, succession discussions, and engagement initiatives Respond to team member questions and resolve moderately complex issues Participate in disciplinary meetings and corrective action processes Partner with Centers of Excellence to implement HR programs and ensure training compliance Lead small to mid-sized HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies What Makes You Stand Out Working knowledge of HR best practices and employment law fundamentals with HR certification Experience supporting employee relations and performance management processes Strong relationship-building and communication skills, sound judgement Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Experience using HR data with an analytical and continuous improvement mindset Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 2+ years of relevant HR experience. Equivalent years of experience and education may be considered. Formal HR Certification preferred Travel Expectations Up to 10% EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
