ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTHours: 1:30 pm -9:00 pm (30-40 hrs/week, 4 days a week to include 1 day on the weekend)Salary range: $20-$24Location: Walnut Creek, CAWe are seeking an energetic, engaging, and personableLive Host to present our products on popular social media platform! The Live Host will run live-streamed shows, showcase products, interact with audiences in real time, and drive sales through authentic and entertaining engagement. This role blends merchandising, marketing, promotion, and customer service in a fast-paced, interactive e-commerce environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHost Live ShowsRun scheduled live sales streams presenting products with enthusiasm and clarity.Engage ViewersBuild rapport with the live audience, respond to comments/questions, and create an interactive and fun shopping experience.Showcase ProductsHighlight features, benefits, and details of each product in a compelling, accurate, and trustworthy way.Sales & ConversionDrive purchases by promoting items effectively and encouraging participation.Brand RepresentationPromote and market the brand during live streams, ensuring a professional, authentic, friendly, and approachable presence.Content PreparationCollaborate with the team to prepare product lists, schedules, and marketing strategies prior to each show.Customer InteractionAddress audience inquiries during and after shows, maintaining excellent customer service.Analytics & FeedbackTrack performance, provide insights on show results, and recommend improvements for future streams.QualificationsStrong on-camera presencehands only with the ability to engage and entertain live audiences.Knowledge of live-stream shopping platforms a plus.Excellent verbal communication skills and a personable, energetic style.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, interactive environmentComfortable handling basic tech setup (camera, lighting, streaming software).A genuine passion for the products being sold (e.g., collectibles, fashion, jewelry, or other niche categories).Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a consistent streaming schedule.Benefits of working with PrideStaff: Medical, Rx, and Wellness Benefits Dental and Vision Plan OptionsShort-term Disability401(k) Retirement Plan Join Us.PrideStaff Company OverviewPrideStaff is dedicated to helping you succeed!
