Job Description:
Picker Packer- Part Time / Day shift - Sunday start at 6am - 5PM- will vary depending on the work load Monday and Tuesday at 8am - 5PM- will vary depending on the work load Some positions will require Cold - Freezer PPE Accurately pack and ship orders in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure timely and error-free fulfillment. • Utilize Client's proprietary Order Management System (OMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS) for efficient packing, labeling, and shipping operations. • Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials to meet the specific requirements of each order. • Ensure the shipping line is consistently stocked with necessary packaging and shipping materials, either proactively or as directed by supervisors. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to cleanliness and organizational standards. • Meet or exceed defined inbound/outbound metrics to support efficient operations. • Assist the Inventory Team in the freezer or cooler areas as needed • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and conveyors, to move inventory throughout the facility. • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and warehouse policies to maintain a secure and productive workplace. • Uphold and exemplify client's core values in all tasks and interactions.
