Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • Experience with Epic is required. Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services. Additional Details: Preferred Skills/Experience: General Radiographer duties with OR and Fluoro experience Required Credentials: • You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. • Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. • References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: No Fee Special Requests: • RTO must be listed at time of submission. • All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. Shift & Scheduling: • No weekends • On Call: Some weekday backup/OR call coverage Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
