We take pride in our people, our reputation, and providing high-quality service across a wide range of vehicles and equipment. The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily service operations, leading service and detailing teams, and ensuring efficiency, profitability, and steady progress.A strong ability to manage, motivate, and lead a team is crucial for success in this role. Our service department works on a wide range and variety of vehicles and equipment, including automotive, powersports, and small engine products"”so there is no shortage of variety or something new to work on each day.Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate service and detailing teamsOversee service and repair work for:Automotive vehiclesPowersports equipmentSmall engine equipmentManage internal reconditioning of Kal's Motor Group inventoryOversee customer repair and service work from intake through completionEnsure efficient workflow, productivity, and quality controlMonitor daily operations to ensure profitability and continuous improvementTrain, mentor, and develop team membersMaintain high standards for safety, workmanship, and customer satisfactionQualifications Automotive service experience requiredPowersports and/or small engine experience preferredProven ability to manage and lead a team is essentialLeadership or management experience strongly preferredStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, diverse service environmentCompensation & Benefits $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experienceHealth insuranceSIMPLE IRA with 4% employer matchVision insuranceDental insuranceSchedule Monday through Friday8:00 AM - 5:00 PMNo weekendsWhy Kal's Motor Group?
