Description JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB TITLE: Maintenance Support CoordinatorFLSA STATUS: Salaried, Non-ExemptAREA OF USE: Waco Prepared Foods Facility (Waco, Texas)At Pilgrim's, Safety Is a Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first -- always.SUMMARYThe Maintenance Support Coordinator assists the Maintenance Training Superintendent in the development and delivery of technical maintenance training. This role ensures maintenance team members are properly trained to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and restore equipment to a safe, operational, and sanitary-ready condition.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOther duties may be assigned as production demands require.Training Program ExecutionSupport the Maintenance Training Superintendent by implementing structured maintenance training programs within the DuPont Training Program. Deliver hands-on technical training to all maintenance personnel. Provide training on mechanical systems including conveyors, drives, gearboxes, and pneumatics. Train on electrical fundamentals as applicable. Train on equipment-specific procedures such as baggers, fryers, ovens, and conveyors.Documentation and Training SystemsMaintain training records and certification tracking. Develop and maintain visual training aids. Support and maintain equipment-specific training guides and materials.QUALIFICATIONSEducation and ExperienceTechnical or trade school education is preferred. Three to five or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.Skills and CompetenciesStrong mechanical aptitude including drives, motors, bearings, conveyors, and pneumatics. Working knowledge of electrical systems preferred.
