Our Pennsylvania-based blending plant is at the heart of our operations, where precision, quality, and safety come together to meet the specialized needs of our customers. Position Overview: We're seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer / Equipment Operator to join our plant team. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the production, handling, and movement of turf materials and sand blends, as well as safely operating heavy equipment. Key Responsibilities: Operate heavy machinery to move, load, and blend materials Assist with blending and batching custom product mixtures to customer specifications Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report issues Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring materials are handled safely Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment Follow all company safety procedures and environmental regulations Assist with general labor tasks around the plant as needed Requirements: Valid driver's license required Experience operating heavy equipment (loader, skid steer, etc.) Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor and indoor environments Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime Preferred Qualifications: OSHA safety training Familiarity with turf or landscaping products Basic mechanical skills or aptitude for equipment troubleshooting No drug/alcohol violations within the past 5 years
