Responsibilities: Finishing Department:Prepare products for staining or painting.Stain product by hand wiping method or through spray line/booth.Wrap, label, and load products for delivery. Milling Department:Receive and record lumber.Rip lumber for the molder.Mold and Sand. Skills Needed:Use and read a tape measure accurately.Perform math calculations that include fractions.Analyze problems and make sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications, and costs.Strong communication skills: written, oral, and listening.Adhere to procedures and safety policies.Quality-conscious. Additional Skills that would be a plus:Construction, carpentry, millwork, or finishing knowledge.Experience with hand and power tools or commercial woodworking machinery.
