Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner - (New Grads Accepted) - Mantua Township and Vineland, NJ Job Type: Full-time Schedule: M to F (No weekend/on-call) Work Location: Float primarily in Mantua Township and Vineland, NJ Setting: Outpatient only - No hospital consults Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established private practice in Southern New Jersey. The practice is comprised of a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers, offering a supportive environment with strong administrative and clinical support. Responsibilities: Provide outpatient rheumatologic care in a clinical setting Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnoses, and management plans for patients with rheumatologic conditions Collaborate with physicians, other nurse practitioners, and office staff to ensure quality patient care Float between Mantua Township and Vineland office locations as needed Utilize EMR for patient documentation and clinical workflow Participate in in-house services including musculoskeletal ultrasound and infusion therapy Qualifications: Active NP license in New Jersey Rheumatology experience preferred but not required Comfortable working in a multi-provider, outpatient environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Open to new graduates with clinical interest in rheumatology Benefits Include: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off Malpractice coverage CME allowance
