Security Service TechnicianLocation: Vineland, NJJob Type: Full-TimeWork Setting: On-siteCompensation: $32.00-$45.00/hourAbout the RoleBright Minds is partnering with a growing systems integration organization to identify a Security Service Technician to support existing customers through service calls, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and small project work.This role is ideal for a technician with experience servicing access control, video surveillance, intrusion, and related electronic security systems who enjoys working directly with customers, solving technical issues in the field, and supporting installed systems throughout their lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to routine service calls, scheduled maintenance visits, emergency calls, and occasional after-hours service requestsDiagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective components, and debug security systems in the fieldPerform preventative maintenance and support for installed customer systemsAssist with small project installations, upgrades, and service-related system workComplete detailed service documentation for invoicing, job costing, and customer recordsSupport system integrations, audits, database changes, upgrade planning, and network-connected equipment when neededCommunicate effectively with customers and internal team members to maintain strong service deliveryFollow all company safety policies and applicable local, state, and federal requirementsWork closely with other technicians and specialists to support cross-training and improve overall operationsQualifications3-5 years of experience servicing, integrating, and programming access control systemsStrong troubleshooting and programming ability in electronic security environmentsHands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, including use of common hand and power toolsStrong customer service mindset and ability to perform well under pressureSelf-starter who can work independently with limited supervisionValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to travel locally to jobsites on a regular basis; minimal overnight travel may be requiredPreferred ExperienceRelevant field service experience in electronic security environmentsCCTV platforms such as Milestone, Genetec, and AvigilonAccess control systems such as AMAG, Lenel, Genetec, CCURE, and S2Intrusion systems such as DMP and BoschExperience supporting network-connected security devices and related integrationsFor immediate consideration, please send resume to: Msmith@
