Responsibilities: Ability to function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming including: the training of behavior support staff and supervision of behavior analysts, person centered strategies consultants.Considerable knowledge of ABA principles, techniques and data driven information.Assist in the development, facilitation, and follow-up training in Applied BehaviorAnalysis, using both discrete trial training and natural environment training models of teaching.Provide model teaching and other direct instructional support, including but not limited to practicum supervision/teaching, class instruction and in-service instruction to other support professionals.Keep notes, assessments, plans and paperwork up to date with EICS policies and always Qualifications: Master's degree in Special Education or related human services field.BCBA Certification Required in the state of Kentucky.New Grads are accepted (completion of internship and/or formal training in the analysis of behavior and instructional strategies)Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skill, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations.
