OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Analytics Program Manager to lead enterprise digital analytics strategy and execution, driving measurable improvements in member satisfaction, product acquisition, and usage. This role supports the evolution of modern, privacy-compliant analytics capabilities, including planning and migration to Adobe Web SDK / Adobe Experience Platform for web and mobile data collection, and delivering actionable insights through existing and emerging analytics solutions (including future Customer Journey Analytics capabilities) to support informed business decisions and long-term growth.ResponsibilitiesLeads planning and execution of the migration to Adobe Web SDK, including event design, data layer alignment (Schema), and validation Oversees modernized digital tagging and data collection, supporting future readiness for Adobe Experience Platform capabilities Partners with media and marketing teams to support media operations measurement, including conversion tracking and data quality across web and mobile channelDevelops and implements business analytics strategies designed to meet Navy Federals digital channel goalsEvaluates high level metrics and detailed analysis to trend online and mobile channel performanceSelects appropriate measurement methodology to determine incremental results for new activities in online and mobile channelsEmploys advanced statistics and data mining techniques to provide insightful analyses and improve member experienceMonitors macro-economic trends, design trends, and media market environmentOversees the completion of essential proactive and ad-hoc analysisEnsures extensive collaboration with the digital channel teams, strategic partners, senior leadership, and project management teamsCollaborates with team members to establish digital channel goals, objectives, and future opportunitiesLeverages analytics and analyses to assist in guiding the digital strategy with a focus on business objectives and actionable plansLeads the efforts in developing and measuring key performance indicators, reports progress to leadershipMakes recommendations based on analyses of the digital channel member interaction overlaid with the business strategy to determine improvement opportunitiesDevelops and submits reports and makes recommendations for digital banking initiatives to leadershipEnsures effective project management/delivery of analytics projectsDevelops processes to ensure online tracking, timely communications, and offer fulfillmentRecommends new ways to enhance online and mobile channelsDerives appropriate action recommendations and works in partnership with business units to ensure implementationEnsures accurate process and methodology is documentedManages and appropriately prioritizes multiple overlapping projectsActively participates in cross-functional team activities, provides expertise on data types / sources, offering original perspectives and conventional viewsRegularly produces and reviews operational reports on overall online and mobile channel resultsAssists with selection and development of staffAssists with selection of lower-level staff, provides input on performance evaluations, mentors, and trains staff to ensure continuing skills developmentProvides input and oversight of budget requirements, report variances and recommends adjustments to budget that support business needs and goalsPerforms other related duties as assignedQualificationsExperience with Adobe Web SDK implementation or migration planning, including event-based data collectionUnderstanding of server-side/event forwarding and Conversion APIs to support resilient measurement and media performance.
