Weekends and Holidays are optional. CRNA call is optional, not required. Call shift is weekdays from 3p-7aSurgical Case Mix: no heads/no heart; orthopedics w/use of regional anesthesia, endoscopies, new EP service starting but scope of cases not yet know. In-Patient/Out-Patient: InpatientSurgical Volumes: 3,000 3,200 annually; Fridays are the busiest scheduled day; Wednesdays are typically the lightest.OB Volumes: typically deliveries; 90% are labor-epidurals/C-section; C-section rate 30%; no VBACs L&D is on the same floor as the main ORs.
