Regional Controller

This role partners closely with operations to drive efficiency, improve cost visibility, and ensure financial accuracy.Key Responsibilities• Lead close processes (month, quarter, year-end)• Prepare GAAP-compliant financials• Analyze route, labor, fuel, and maintenance costs• Track capex and asset utilization• Support operations with performance insights• Maintain controls and support audits• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis• Manage and develop staff• Improve systems and reportingQualifications• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA a plus)• 6-10 years of experience• Transportation or asset-heavy industry preferred• Strong GAAP, ERP, and Excel skills• Experience supporting field/route operations is a plusWe're looking for a hands-on leader who can connect financial data to operational performance and drive results.
