Founded in 1979 by the physicians of Victoria ENT & Allergy Associates, VHC operates as a trusted, ENT-affiliated practice delivering diagnostic and amplification services in a collaborative medical setting.The team is known for personalized, patient-centered care and modern hearing technology solutions.Position Overview:Victoria Hearing Center is seeking a patient-centered Audiologist to join their growing practice in Victoria, Texas. This provider will deliver comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitative hearing services to a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.The ideal candidate is clinically strong, service-driven, and comfortable educating patients on amplification solutions while guiding them confidently through the treatment process. This role combines diagnostics, amplification, patient counseling, and ongoing care management in a well-established, ENT-affiliated setting.Key Responsibilities:Comprehensive Diagnostic CarePerform diagnostic hearing evaluations for pediatric through geriatric patients, including VRA and play audiometryEvaluate both self-referred patients and referrals from Victoria ENTProvide written reports for workers' compensation and Texas Workforce Commission patientsPatient Consultation & Treatment PlanningConduct in-depth consultations to review findings and determine amplification candidacyEducate patients on hearing aid technology, assistive listening devices, and connectivity optionsDevelop individualized treatment plans and confidently guide patients through recommended solutionsHearing Aid Fitting & Ongoing CareFit, program, and dispense hearing aids and related accessories from multiple manufacturersProvide follow-up care, including verification, adjustments, troubleshooting, and long-term device managementPerform cerumen management within scope of practice and coordinate physician referrals when appropriateRequirementsMaster's or Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D. preferred)Active Texas Audiology license (or ability to obtain)Strong patient communication and counseling skillsExperience in amplification and hearing aid dispensing preferredBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceMatching 401(k)Paid Time Off and HolidaysCEU, Licensure, AssociationsRelocation Assistance
