Full-Time, ExemptLow-Voltage Security Systems & Integrated Project DeliveryIK Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex low-voltage security projects from planning through completion. This role manages the full project lifecycle, including procurement, scheduling, deployment, installation, and system commissioning, while supporting financial performance, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.This is a strong opportunity for a project leader with experience in low-voltage systems, commercial construction, and integrated security systems who can keep projects moving, teams aligned, and deliverables on track.What You'll Do Oversee a portfolio of complex low-voltage security and construction projects from kickoff through closeout Develop and execute project plans using PMO best practices to support on-time, on-budget delivery Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including procurement, shipping, scheduling, deployment, installation, and system commissioning Provide direction and support to field deployment and engineering teams to keep work aligned with project milestones and objectives Manage subcontractor relationships, including bid packages, contract administration, and payment applications Monitor project revenue, profitability, forecasting, and overall financial performance Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams throughout each phase of the project Promote safe worksite practices and reinforce compliance with company safety standards and industry regulations Support successful project outcomes across quality, schedule, budget, and safety What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years of project management experience in low-voltage systems, construction management, or a related field within commercial construction Experience managing complex installations in regulated markets Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management Valid driver's license Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to keep cross-functional teams aligned Preferred Qualifications PMP certification or equivalent project management credential Why IK Systems At IK Systems, you'll be part of a team delivering integrated surveillance and security solutions to mission-critical industries.
