Loss Prevention Specialist

Position Purpose: The Loss Prevention Specialist plays a crucial role in safeguarding the company’s assets by effectively preventing financial losses related to theft and fraud. This position supports the store's safety and environmental compliance initiatives across one or more locations. Key responsibilities include: Using various tools and techniques to minimize company losses, including identifying theft and fraud incidents. Reviewing CCTV footage and exception reports for investigative purposes. Monitoring the store's physical security to ensure a safe environment. Conducting audits of Electronic Article Surveillance systems. Promoting a culture of shrink elimination within the team. Preparing thorough and accurate case reports, including details of apprehensions and recoveries. Preserving evidence and collaborating with law enforcement as necessary. Testifying in criminal and civil court as needed. Reporting unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty to enhance workplace safety. Upholding high standards of integrity while supporting both asset protection and operational goals. This position offers a salary of $20.00 per hour.
