School Psychologist in Vestal, NY

A school district in Vestal, NY is seeking a full-time school psychologist to support K-12 students. This onsite contract position offers the opportunity to work directly with students, educators, and families while conducting psychological evaluations and providing valuable insight to support academic and developmental growth. Qualifications and Experience: Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience conducting evaluations using tools such as WISC, WCJ, BASC, and similar assessments Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with staff and interviewing students and families Location: Onsite position in Vestal, New York Responsibilities: Administer and interpret psychological assessments including WISC, WCJ, and BASC Evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and social development Provide consultative support to teachers and parents regarding student needs and intervention strategies Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district policies and timelines Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success Perks and Benefits: Full-time contract role with 1.0 FTE Opportunity to work onsite in a supportive school environment Diverse caseload allowing professional growth across K-12 grade levels Interviews will be scheduled starting the first week of March.
