Position Summary:We are seeking a reliable and courteous Shuttle Driver to safely transport guests to and from the airport and other designated locations as needed. The Shuttle Driver plays a key role in providing a positive guest experience through timely service, professionalism, and safe driving practices.Key Responsibilities:Safely transport guests between the airport and designated locations, as well as other locations as requestedProvide friendly, professional customer service to all guestsAssist guests with luggage as neededMaintain a clean, well-organized shuttle vehicle at all timesFollow assigned schedules and routes while remaining flexible to changing needsAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policiesPerform basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptlyCommunicate effectively with management and team members regarding schedules, delays, or guest needsQualifications & Requirements:Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordPrevious driving or customer service experience preferredAbility to operate a shuttle or passenger vehicle safelyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDependable, punctual, and professional demeanorAbility to lift and carry luggage as neededFlexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
