Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or potential hazards.; Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help support authorized access, assist with directional questions, and report policy violations or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.; Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift activity logs while following Allied Universal standards and location protocols.
