This role requires a hands-on, proactive leader who can coordinate subcontractors, maintain strict safety standards, enforce quality control, and keep projects on schedule and budget. As Superintendent, you will serve as a key point of contact to project teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution on-site. Your expertise will be vital in delivering projects that meet the company's high standards and support its mission of exceptional client service.Responsibilities:Direct and manage daily field operations to meet project schedules and milestonesSupervise subcontractors, craft personnel, and on-site teams to maintain quality and safetyEnforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and contractual requirementsCoordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers for timely issue resolutionMonitor site logistics, materials delivery, and equipment usage efficientlyConduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets specificationsPrepare and maintain daily reports, logs, and communication recordsAnticipate potential project delays or problems and implement corrective actionsCultivate a positive, productive, and safety-conscious work environmentAssist in mentoring and developing junior field staffQualifications:7+ years of experience as a commercial construction SuperintendentComprehensive knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, safety standards, and quality controlStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documentsProficient with construction management tools and technologyInterested in hearing more?
