We're seeking a Process Engineer with hands-on experience in large-scale production of ceramic and inorganic materials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging R&D and manufacturing, improving yields, and building smarter, more efficient processes. What You'll Do Support the transition of new products from development to full-scale manufacturing. Develop and refine process plans, equipment settings, and in-process specifications. Analyze and improve yield, efficiency, and process capability. Implement and support Statistical Process Control (SPC) and ISO-9001 documentation. Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, and Development Engineering. Review equipment performance, energy usage, and calibration requirements. Support customer interactions related to product specifications and testing. Drive continuous improvement, corrective actions, and preventive measures. Ensure proper product labeling, testing, traceability, and disposition. Maintain accurate process documentation and quality records. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Ceramics Engineering or Materials Science (required). Experience with ceramic or inorganic material manufacturing. Strong understanding of process control, yield analysis, and quality systems. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a production-driven environment.
