This is a key leadership role requiring a Licensed Customs Broker with strong communication skills and the ability to guide a team in a fast?moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team handling daily Customs entry operationsAssign work, monitor performance, and assist team members with complex issuesServe as a point of escalation for customer and shipment?related concernsTrain new and existing staff on procedures, compliance, and best practicesEnsure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirementsProcess entries for air and ocean shipments when neededClassify goods using the HTS and manage remote filingsCommunicate with customers, carriers, and internal departmentsSupport management with departmental initiatives and workload coverageMaintain accuracy, compliance, and high service standardsQualificationsLicensed Customs Broker (required)Minimum 5 years of Customs brokerage experience (air & ocean)Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage competing deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office; CargoWise experience a plusDetail?oriented, organized, and proactiveCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $95,000.00
