Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years. Requirements: • Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health. • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: IV starts, telemetry, NG tube management, and Foley insertion. Must be able to set up and be competent with BiPAP, CPAP, and HFNC. RN is required to read their own telemetry strips using Mindray monitors. Patient population includes acute and Swingbed patients with pneumonia, rehab needs, COPD, CHF, pancreatitis, and GI bleed. RNs on this floor may be part of the code team. Special Requests: Must pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding. An interview may not be available prior to offer. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Each employment history entry on the resume must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and whether the facility is a teaching facility. Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other holiday. No call. Team scheduling. RTO must be provided up front; 7 or fewer days per 13-week contract. Additional RTO will not be approved after submission. Floating Requirements: First to float. Floating may be required within Med/Tele Acute, Observation, and Swingbed areas. Required Credentials: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you are applying to. 7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027.
