Job Summary: The Pharmacy Data Analyst supports the Ambulatory Pharmacy Services division by collecting, integrating, analyzing, and presenting data that informs operational performance, clinical program outcomes, financial performance, and strategic decision"'making. This role partners closely with pharmacy leadership, clinical pharmacists, IT, finance, and revenue cycle to optimize pharmacy services across specialty, retail, mail order, infusion, and all ambulatory pharmacy areas Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reports for ambulatory pharmacy performance (e.g., specialty pharmacy metrics, clinical KPIs, revenue and margin tracking, turnaround times, refill rates, prior authorization cycle data). * Analyze trends in prescribing, medication access, outcomes, financial performance, and operational volumes. * Build datasets and analytic models integrating data from pharmacy systems, EHR (e.g., EPIC Willow/Ambulatory), dispensing systems, payer portals, and third"'party systems. * Identify root causes of process bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions. * Provide analytics that support clinic"'based pharmacy services, Collaborative Practice Agreements, MTM programs, specialty pharmacy accreditation requirements (URAC/ACHC/CPPA), and quality initiatives. * Monitor KPIs such as adherence (PDC/MPR), clinical interventions, access cycle times, rejection/appeal rates, and patient outcomes. * Support operational optimization projects (workflow redesign, staffing models, inventory management, access workflow improvements). * Conduct analyses supporting margin optimization, revenue integrity, payer mix assessment, reimbursement trends, and forecasting for ambulatory pharmacy lines of business. * Support business cases for new clinical programs, service expansions, and technology investments. * Build models that quantify the financial impact of clinical interventions and pharmacy-led care services. * Ensure accuracy, reliability, and completeness of pharmacy data from multiple systems. * Collaborate with IT, informatics, and data warehouse teams to improve data pipelines and structures. Qualifications/Requirements: Experience: * 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy operations. * Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and analytics tools. * Ability to interpret complex healthcare and pharmacy datasets. * Knowledge of ambulatory pharmacy operations, clinical workflows, or revenue cycle concepts. Education: * Bachelor's degree in data analytics, pharmacy, business intelligence, health informatics, public health, or related field.
