About the RoleAs our Patient Access Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the Patient Access team, ensuring smooth, accurate, and compassionate service at every point of entry. You’ll lead with empathy, train with purpose, and collaborate across departments to drive excellence in patient experience and operational efficiency.? Key ResponsibilitiesManage monthly staffing schedules and ensure full shift coverageApprove bi-weekly timekeeping and support employee relationsProvide training and education to ensure team competency and service excellenceConduct weekly audits and share insights with staff and leadershipServe as a super-user for Cerner, Oracle, EMR/EHR systemsStep in to perform Patient Access Representative duties as neededCollaborate with billing to ensure accurate registration and charge entryPromote a positive patient experience and uphold core principles? What You BringStrong supervisory and leadership communication skills - Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (team lead, supervisor, etc.)Experience with Cerner, Oracle, EMR, and EHR systemsKnowledge of billing processes and managed care contractsA passion for customer service and continuous improvementHIPAA compliance awareness and a commitment to patient privacyMinimum of 3 years of experience within a Patient Access role?
