Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for patients referred by licensed healthcare practitioners in Texas.Develop individualized treatment plans, establish achievable goals, and oversee the implementation of physical therapy treatments.Supervise the administration of treatments and physical agents, ensuring safety and effectiveness.Collaborate with the Physical Therapy Director to optimize patient care and enhance recovery processes.Maintain accurate documentation within the Meditech Expanse EMR system.Required Skills: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in physical therapy.Valid Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist.Proficiency in clinical evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning.Strong understanding of safety protocols and patient-centered care.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Meditech Expanse EMR or similar healthcare software.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.Bilingual abilities or additional certifications in specialized therapy areas.Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Current state licensure with no restrictions.Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation settings.Other Requirements: Ability to work Mon-Fri from 8 am to 5 pm, with potential adjustments based on patient care needs.Compliance with dress code (navy blue scrubs).Willingness to work in a regulatory compliant environment with continued education when required.Participation in ongoing professional development and certification updates as necessary.This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $60.30, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly direct deposit payments, medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and participation in our rewarding referral bonus program.
