Description: Pay rate 18.75 SOLDER EYE EXAMS TWB 1st shift All US, ISC, touch labor roles are eligible - Subco Bonus Program to 3k, and a change in the pay-out structure: • XX1k at 14 days w /perfect attendance; • XX1k at 60 days • XX1k at 90 daysto get 60 and 90 day bonus; worker must have received 14 day bonus. This role involves repairing and maintaining electrical equipment, with the opportunity to obtain a repairman license after 18 months. Ideal candidates will have a background in electronics, but strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed work instructions are also highly valued. Key Responsibilities: • Repair and maintain electrical equipment. • Follow detailed work instructions to tear down and rebuild equipment. • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues. • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Qualifications: • We value High school diploma or equivalent. • Background in electronics preferred. • Ability to obtain a repairman license after 18 months. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to follow detailed instructions.
