The facility offers multiple levels of psychiatric care including acute inpatient units, long-term psychiatric facilities, and sub-acute residential programs, ensuring a full continuum of mental health services.Opportunity:Physician (MD) - PsychiatryJob Details:• Provide in-house call coverage for psychiatric services• Work in acute psychiatric unit/institute settings• Manage patients in long-term psychiatric facility environments• Provide care in sub-acute unity/residential treatment settings• Handle various clinical areas including anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, and personality disorders• Experience with eating disorders, developmental disorders, psychotic disorders, and organic disorders preferred• Familiarity with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application preferred• Utilize various treatment techniques including pharmacotherapy, group therapy, family therapy, and ECT• Must be board certified or board eligible in psychiatry• Georgia medical license required• PALS certification required• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 30 daysCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
